An early departure is need this day for a bus ride to Acomayo distric, to finally arrive to Qente Cocha (4400 masl/14436f), where you will begin the 2h/30 minutes to Waqrapukara (4300 masl/14108f). the geografy is rugger with incredible natural rock formations and small lagoon, where you will observe the wild fauna of the place such as condors, llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, horses and wild duck. The archeological complex is nestled sinuously along a cocky outcrop, built around two horn-shaped, towering mountains peaaks, the site features eight inca terraces with retaining walls and Stone strairways.
2h/30 minutes of return walk along an old road to the village of waqui, will be before finding your bus that will take you back to Cusco city.
